How to use

1. Remove any oils or lotions from application area. 
2. Peel film covering off adhesive. 
3. Stick sweatpad onto underbust, along your ribcage. 

How To Measure Under Your Bust

Wrap a soft tape measure around your ribcage, directly under your bust. Keep it snug and level all the way around, then read the measurement in inches.

15–18 inches → Small
19–22 inches → Medium

For visual reference, model to the left wears size medium, model to the right wears size small.
